Welcome to cheerdeckreelbeacon.lifestyle. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and engagement with the web application Traffic Dodge and all associated features, software engines, leaderboards, news publications, and garage interfaces provided by Cheerdeck Reel Beacon Interactive Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

By launching a race, tuning a garage vehicle, browsing our highway matrices, or using our interactive tools, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these provisions, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

1. License Grant & Permitted Arcade Engagement

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Cheerdeck Reel Beacon Interactive Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to access, view, and interact with the Traffic Dodge game client solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes via standard web browser technology.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, dissemble, or extract the source logic of the canvas rendering or physics engine.
• Deploy automated bots, macro scripts, or external memory alteration tools to manipulate speed values, lane coordinates, or collision hitboxes.
• Frame, mirror, or hotlink the game canvas on unauthorized commercial domains without written licensing authorization.
• Exploit glitches or race condition defects to distort competitive global leaderboard standings.

2. Virtual Highway Credits & Garage Digital Assets

While navigating courses in Traffic Dodge, players accumulate in-game tokens designated as Highway Credits (CR). You acknowledge and agree to the following terms governing virtual assets:

• Non-Monetary Nature: Highway Credits and garage vehicle unlocks (Retro Cruiser, Neon Racer, Hyper Phantom) are purely fictional entertainment tokens. They possess zero monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and do not constitute personal property.
• No Real-Money Trading (RMT): The sale, barter, auction, or exchange of credits or driver high scores outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Client-Side Storage: Virtual balances are written to your local browser storage. We are not liable for accidental credit loss resulting from cache resets, private browsing closure, or device transitions.

3. Anti-Cheat & Leaderboard Integrity Ordinances

The cheerdeckreelbeacon global leaderboard represents verified driver skill. Every run submitted to our verification nodes is analyzed against physics parameters:

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, vector geometry, sprite sheets, sound synthesizers, UI typography arrangements, software code, logos, and narrative fiction associated with Traffic Dodge and cheerdeckreelbeacon are the proprietary intellectual property of Cheerdeck Reel Beacon Interactive Inc. and protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress statutes.

5. Warranty Disclaimers ("As-Is" Service)

THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ALL GAME CANVAS CODE, AUDIO OSCILLATORS, AND TELEMETRY PANELS, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR ARCADE PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED 60 FPS RENDERING, AND FREEDOM FROM MINOR LATENCY JITTER.

Hardware performance varies across distinct GPU architectures and browser vendors. Cheerdeck Reel Beacon Interactive Inc. does not guarantee that canvas hardware acceleration will be supported on legacy mobile browsers or low-tier graphics chipsets.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHEERDECK REEL BEACON INTERACTIVE INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS, THE RACING RUNTIME, INCLUDING LOSS OF LOCAL DATA OR HARDWARE INCOMPATIBILITY.

7. Governing Law & Legal Forum

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be initiated exclusively in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to incorporate new tournament structures or evolving legal mandates. Continued participation in highway runs following such postings constitutes binding acceptance of the updated terms.
